A Class in Kraut

Part of the Community Canning Series, a Class in Kraut offers participants in this workshop the opportunity to make their own 3-gallon batch of sauerkraut which they can take home for their family, under the guidance of an expert.  The class will also work together to make several batches that will be put up for use at Food Pantries and in Community Meals in Manistee County.
