Apricot Canning Workshop

Come learn how to can apricots; or if you know how, come join in the fun of a community canning party. Register early, since space is limited. Produce, canning jars and lids will be provided. Each participant will can apricots hands-on, and take home a share of the jars at the end of the workshop. There will be take-home information and other canning resources available.
